The Guardians and Wards Act 1890 Section 25 Constitution of Pakistan (1973), Article 199 found that the custody of a minor child sought by a divorced wife by a former husband, as a result of the exercise of both the courts in relation to a minor constitutional jurisdiction. It was in the welfare of the minor child that the father should be in custody, for reasons purely on the question of concurrent conclusions of the courts below, in the exercise of constitutional jurisdiction by the High Court.
