Articles 62, 64 and 65 of the Legacy Act 1912 will require a judicial determination of where the alleged lunatic is to be questioned at the time and place of the inquiry, in order to determine the void in a person's court. In the absence of notice of the alleged lunatic proceedings in the court, the court will be directed to proceed in accordance with the law.
