Section 7 of the Muslim Family Laws Ordinance 1961 affirms the chairman's duty to inform the divorcee where the husband has formally notified the chairman to inform the chairman of such divorce, after the divorce wife's wife has been divorced. The Chairman, could not hold his hand or deny it. The decision was pending before the Family Court to verify the divorce filed by the wife, in order to process such notification
