West Pakistan Citizens Rental Restriction Ordinance 1959 Section 16 (1) (2) Tenants attacking for non-compliance with a temporary rental order fail to collect future monthly rent over time as per the temporary rental order, Said that such compliance was due to illness. One of the tenants, the medical certificate produced in support of the illness, revealed no serious illness, nor was the medical certificate delayed in collecting rent after the date of the illness. The effect was that other male members of the tenants who submitted the rent were admitted, holding current defense, due to non-compliance with the temporary rent order under the circumstances.
