One of the tenants, the medical certificate produced in support of the illness, revealed no serious illness, nor was the medical certificate delayed in collecting rent after the date of the illness. The effect was that other male members of the tenants who submitted the rent were admitted, holding current defense, due to non-compliance with the temporary rent order under the circumstances.
