Sindh Tenant Limitation Ordinance 1979 Section 14 West Pakistan Citizen Rent Restriction Ordinance (VI 1959), under section 14 after withdrawing its previously filed eviction request under section 13 of the tenant's retirement due to the retirement of section 13 landlord. At the age of 60, although the landlord was retired and has attained the age of 60 during the previous eviction proceedings, there is currently no provision in the old ordinance. Submitting a retirement-based eviction request, after the withdrawal of the previous one, is later filed under the applicable ordinance, without any deliberate thinking, it cannot be called a waiver.
