Imports and Exports (Control) Act 1950 Section 3 Import Policy (1987 90), Para 6 1 In the free list the import of tractors tires and tubes has been objected to paragraph 6 1 of the import policy for the year 1987 90 As mentioned it was not included in item 3. , 4 and 5 of the import policy shall not be independently considered as an import policy of the tractors and tubes nor is mentioned in the above chapters nor the import, holding, under the free list of such items in the negative list of the import policy. , This is not a violation of the import policy. The debate, first of all, since the import of tractors' tires and tubes under the free list was banned, therefore, by permitting the importation of such items under the free list, the authorities were completely against the elimination program and the import policy. Will disappoint the object which was intended to be of imported indigenous nature. Secondly, the act of the authorities is indirectly to do something that could not be done directly and finally legally, the applicant was treated with discrimination in connection with the license of other importers. By issuance, he was deprived of such a license when he was a registered importer, forced to be unfounded
