Sections 27 (1) and 43F (4) of the Ordinance of Banking Companies (violation of Karachi Division) Act of 1962 (III of 1909), section 58 to 60 relating to business related to banking business in violation of application companies. The ordinance petitioner files a petition in court. The defendant's contract was not compromised despite the defendant's reasonable opportunity to enter jurisdiction to dispute the unreliable evidence of motions presented in the memorandum of request by the defendants. But no objection or counter affidavit was filed on his behalf. Notwithstanding the notice on subsequent dates, the petitioner filed a case against the defendant under the provisions of Ordinance LVII of 1962 for passing a judicial order as the offending respondent was declared a wall and instructed the official assistant.
