The dismissal did not cover the reasons the Labor Court allowed workers The petition had the Tribunal not even dissolved on the evidence, nor was there any material discussed on the record order of the Labor Appellate Tribunal, in accordance with the Order of the Tribunal's order, without any legal authority, and without the High Court. The case tribunal was remanded to decide the appeal in light of the observations.
