The Industrial Relations Ordinance 1969 Section 3 trade union referendum says all representatives of the unions related to the referendum procedure agreed with the voting officer, allowing voters to cast their votes by showing identification cards instead of medical cards. Deployed, arranging to cast a vote by displaying medical cards and thereby prejudiced the applicant union which led all the representatives of the contesting parties in the referendum, including the voters, to arrange the voting by showing the medical cards. The request was changed to avoid fraudulent votes The petitioner did not apply. It was shown that none of his voters were denied the right to participate in the referendum when unanimous arrangements were left on hold, no prejudice was imposed on the applicant with change of arrangements.
