According to the rules, the dermatologist's post was made by the respondent-approved corporation and a copy of the resolution was sent to the government in accordance with the minutes of the selection board stating that six candidates, including the applicant, were appointed. Was interviewed and interviewed by all who were unanimously presented. The respondent and another candidate agreed to be placed on the waiting list saying that the candidate was not challenging the selection on the waiting list but the respondent and failed to show that he said that in this post himself. Was a Grade 18 designation and did not deserve it. Even Equity Petitioner targeted a negative relief such as arbitrary relief which could not be held in the circumstances.
