CHAUDHRY ABDUL SHAKUR versus CHAIRMAN, WAPDA, LAHORE
Appeal against the Authority Order under the West Pakistan Water and Power Development Authority Act 1958 Section 17 (1A) Service Tribunals Act (LXX of 1973), where the claim for financial benefit was rejected by the employees for a specified period. In its preliminary action, I amended the fines for removing retirement from employment, which was upheld by the Supreme Court. The amended order has been ordered to be acceptable to employees under the terms of service. The time during which employees will be allowed to resume duty under the court's orders would not be acceptable but was not the result of the Tribunal's decision but it was a matter of fact that the order of retirement approved by the service tribunal was the original order. Effective on the day of the amended order so that the amended order was approved in pursuance of the tribunal decision to amend the employee removal order o Only this order and any fresh to work with a disappointing effect There was no order that the employee's service career was closed on the relevant date, after which the employee retired from the job. The original side order was approved, the tribunal later approved the dismissal order from this job. That is equivalent to not violating the tribunal's appeal decision
