The first application moved by the petitioner was dismissed by me by order, dated 24‑3‑1986 on the ground that the Additional Sessions Judge had given direction the trial Court to conclude the trial within four months, which has not been done so far.
The incident took place on 22‑9‑1985. Since then the petitioner is behind the bars. I think he is entitled to the concession of bail on 1A the short ground of delay. I, therefore, admit him to bail in the sum of Rs.20,000 (Rupees twenty thousand) with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A . C . Faisalabad.
