The petitioner has been arrested under section 302/34, P.P.C. He has petitioned for being released on bail.
2. According to the F.I.R., Ghulam Farid and Nasir Hussain were returning home. At about 8/9 p.m. near the emdrain they saw Muhammad Sharif, the petitioner armed with a Kasai alongwith other accomplices and Imam Bakhsh going in a moonlit night. After a shortwhile they heard the report of a gun shot and they rushed to the spot and saw Imam Bakhsh in a pool of blood. Within their sight Ahmad Bakhsh alias Kaloo gave a Kassi blow on the neck of Imam Bakhsh and Ghulam Qadir threatened he by standers with dire consequences. No role has been attributed to Muhammad Sharif during this incident.
The police record shows that Muhammad Sharif had led to the recovery of the dead body of Imam Bakhsh from a ditch and he is connected with an offence under section 201 P P.C. which is bail to the petitioner in the sum of Rs:30,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the A.C/Duty Magistrate Kot Addu till the disposal of the case against him.
