The petitioners feel satisfied if the respondent is ready to pay to them on account of the improvements a sum of Rs.10,000 (rupees ten thousand only). The counsel on behalf of the respondent agree to this proposal and it has been undertaken that the said amount would be paid to the petitioners on account of improvements within two weeks from today.
2. In view of this attitude of the parties and the undertaking given by the respondent, the petitioners would not like to press this petition any further. Disposed of accordingly.
