ORDER

ASLAM RIAZ HUSSAIN, J.‑‑

Leave is granted to consider the true interpretation of section 10 of Offences in respect of Banks (Special Courts) Ordinance (IX of 1984).

The appeal shall be heard at Rawalpindi on a date before the vacation.

In the meanwhile the petitioner Muhammad Aslam son of Ahmad Ali released on interim bail in the sum of Rs.10,000 and two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of A. C. Bahawalpur.

M.I. Leave granted.
