7th XVII, Rr 1 (3) and 3 Constitution of Pakistan, Article 199 Constitutional Petition The plaintiff's request to examine the plaintiff's witnesses' termination of the defendant's petition was that the provisions of OXVII, R3, CPC were overturned on the previous. Was not approved as of the date (before the date on which it was ordered), the trial court's retrial was upheld by the reviewing court. The accuracy record shows that the defendant's witnesses are in attendance at each hearing date, but each time the defendant has a postponement. At the pre-trial hearing or other defendants paid the witnesses partial damages, the trial court noted the defendant's and his lawyer's conduct during the trial and testified on their failure to do so. Closed his right to inspect when he could not be a claimant during the arguments. Show some reason to justify the repeated error and to deny their counsel to examine the defendant's witnesses from their viewpoint and conduct. Proceed with the case of the provisions of O. XVII, R1 (3); Ali filed an application under O VII, R 11. Plaintiff's defense did not approach the High Court with a clear intention to avoid the CPC's conclusions because of its refusal to inspect the witnesses, therefore, it was entitled to be punished. The constitutional petition was rejected in the circumstances.
