---S. 24--Transfer of civil suit--High Court transferred suit to some other Court in the interest of justice without expressing any doubt on integrity and impartiality of Court in which same was pending.

JUDGMENT

This is an application for transfer of a civil suit pending in the Court of Ch. Muhammad Nawaz, Civil Judge, Lyallpur. Nobody has appeared to oppose this transfer.

2. I have gone through the contents of the petition. Without expressing any doubt on the integrity and impartiality of the learned Civil Judge, I think that the interest of justice will be served if the case is transferred to some other Civil Judge in the district to be nominated by the learned District Judge, Lyallpur. Order accordingly. T here shall be no order as to costs.
