Petitioner Mst. Ameeran and Mst. Shado daughters of Mithu and two others moved application for their release on pail in a case under section 10/11 of Ordinance VII of 1979 registered against them on 7‑10‑1985 at Police Station Sadder, Bhakkar. The bail application of the co‑accused of the petitioners was dismissed by this Court on 28‑12‑1985.
2. The allegation against the petitioners is that they alongwith their co‑accused abducted Mst. Kalsoom.
3. Heard learned counsel for, the parties. The petitioners are women and their detention in jail is, not going .to advance the case of the prosecution. There is no apprehension of their abscondance nor there is possibility of infuencing the prosecution witnesses in this case. Both of them are allowed to be released on bail provided each one of them furnishes bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000 (Rupees twenty thousand) only with one surety in the like mount to the satisfaction of A.C./M.I.C. Bhakkar.
