JUDGMENT

This is an application for bail. A case is registered against the petitioner under section 411/457/380, P.P.C. read with section 11 of the Offence of Zina (Enforcement of Hudood) Ordinance, 1979 on 20‑9‑1984 at Police Station Depalpur. The main accused in the instant case, namely, Muhammad Iqbal, has already been admitted to bail by the Additional Sessions Judge‑II Okara, dated 21‑10‑1984, certified copy of whose order has been placed on the record. This petition is disposed of.
