Registration of the Section 22 case was obtained from the Justice Justice of the Peace for the registration of the case against the applicant on various grounds, the police stated that in the petition filed by the defendant under Section 22A, CRPC. Event was not submitted. Nevertheless, an improper order has been issued to direct the applicant after the security trial, the commission did not disclose any admissible offense against the applicant Justice of Peace while passing the improper order. Police did not check the report. The order of the field of justice, when the petition filed by the defendant was signed, would be equivalent to misusing the process of law which was rendered unreasonable by the judgment of Justice of Peace. The application filed by the respondent under Section 22A will be dismissed. CR PC
