‑‑‑Art.199‑‑Constitutional petition‑‑Station House Officer was allegedly harassing petitioner at instance of other three respondents‑‑Petitioner's grievance was directed mainly against a police officer‑‑Petition disposed of with direction to petitioner to approach concerned Superintendent of police who was directed to look into his grievance.

Petitioner has moved this constitutional petition praying' that "the respondents may kindly be stopped to dispossess the petitioner from his house and also save from the high‑handedness of the respondents who has created a lot of harassment to the petitioner's family and respondent No. 4 may kindly be directed to stop, illegal proceeding and coercive measures adopted by him.
2. It is alleged in this petition that respondents Nos.1 to 3 had got a false case registered against the petitioner under section 379, P.P. C. vide F.I.R. No.103, dated 10‑5‑1985 which case on investigation was found false and was; therefore, cancelled. It is further alleged that respondents Nos.1 to 3 in connivance with respondent No.4, who is S.H.O. Kamalia, are harassing the petitioner and forcing him to sell 'his house located in Chak No. 407/GB. It is stated that the petitioner has already made all the payments to the respondents for the purchase of buffaloes and nothing is due from him. Precise grievance of the petitioner is that respondent No.4, who is a police officer, is harassing the petitioner at the instance of respondents Nos.1 to 3.
3. As the petitioner's grievance is directed mainly against respondent No.4, who is a police officer, he may approach S.P. Toba Tek Singh, who shall look into his grievance and take appropriate action warranted in the facts and circumstances of the ease. With these observations this petition stands disposed of.
