Banking Companies (Recovery of Loans) Ordinance (X1X of 1979)‑‑

----S. 6‑‑Civil Procedure Code (V of 1908), O. XXXVII, rr.l & 2-‑ Recovery of loans suit for ‑‑Evidence on record established that defendant was indebted to plaintiff bank for amount claimed by bank on date of filing of suit‑‑Defendants, on the basis of promissory note executed in favour of plaintiff bank and admission made in correspondence on various dates, held, themselves severally and jointly liable to debt to plaintiff Plaintiff s suit for recovery of loans was decreed with costs in circumstances.
