Jahangir son of Moula Bux has applied for bail in a case which is registered against him under sections 302, 307, 457, 148, 149, P.P.C. and 13 (d), Arms Ordinance.
The allegation against the present accused in the F.I.R. is that he was armed with the revolver but he was overpowered before he could use the firearm by the inmates of the house. The allegations as they stand in the F.I.R. prima facie disclose a case under section 457, P. P. C. against the present accused for which the maximum punishment is five years. The accused was arrested on 23‑8‑1984 and has almost completed one year detention without any trial. I accordingly admit him to bail in the sum of Rs.30,000 with one surety and P.R. in the like amount to the satisfaction of trial Court.
S.G.D. Bail allowed.
