Sections 9, 10 and 11 Receiving markups before the expiration date of the financing facility by the financial institution were dismissed for leave to apply for defense of the suit for recovery of the charge and the case was dismissed. The bank claimed that the plaintiff bank had received the markup for a longer period than the expiration date. The finance facility is available, so that the plaintiff bank cannot receive more than the expiration date of the financing facility.
