And also that nothing was due to any lender, that a special contract with the Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan under Form 26 was filed in the document and no lender was present at that time and Also, shareholders will not be discriminated against due to a reduction in share capital. Approved the application for a reduction in share capital and directed that the applicant company receive an exemption from writing the word and that it was reduced as part of the company's name on the reduction of its capital.
