-The appellant has come before the Tribunal on two issues viz. his transfer by the department to Faisalabad whereas he fears he would become junior most, and second that he is due for promotion to U.D.C. for which the respondent department be issued instructions by us. We regret to say that in neither of these two issues we have jurisdiction. The appeal is accordingly dismissed in limine.
