This revision informs that the order, dated 16‑2‑1984 passed by the learned Presiding Officer, Labour Court, Islamabad and the order, dated 20‑1‑1982 passed by the authority under the Payment of Wages Act, Islamabad are wrong and illegal.
2. Islamabad is a federal area and is not included in the Punjab. So, the order passed by the authorities having jurisdiction to try cases of federal area Islamabad cannot be revised by this Tribunal. Learned counsel says that a notification has been passed authorizing this Tribunal to hear appeals and revisions from the orders passed by the authorities working in Islamabad but no copy of the notification has been produced. The revision is, therefore, failed. Revision may be preferred to the competent forum, if so advised.
