The petitioner claims title through a decree of a civil Court, but according to him the Tribunal did not take into account the effect of the decree. The decree remained suspended for eight months between 18-4-1982 to 2-12-1982, but when the judgment was given by the Tribunal the suspension had come to an end. The question whether the decree was considered by the Tribunal requires consideration. Admit. Notice. The L.D.A., in the meantime, is directed that the compensation may not be paid to any one of the rival claimants. A.A. Petition admitted.
