This is a revision petition instituted at the instance of this Court to consider the question whether the sentence of Ghulam Shah, respondent, should not be enhanced, in case his revision petition (Criminal Revision No. 513 of 1971) is dismissed.
2. I have today dismissed the revision petition (Criminal Revision No. 513 of 1971) filed by Ghulam Shah, respondent, against his conviction and sentence.
3. In view of the great delay in the disposal of the above revision petition, I do not think it equitable to enhance the sentence of the petition, I do not think it equitable to enhance the sentence of the) respondent.
4. For the foregoing reasons, this revision petition is dismissed.
