Nazir Ahmad has moved for the transfer of complaint case, Allah Rakha v. Nazir Ahmad and 8 others from the Court of City Magistrate, Vehari.
Learned counsel for the petitioner as well as for the respondent agree that the case be transferred to Okara. I, therefore, order that the case be withdrawn from the Court of City Magistrate, Vehari. It shall be sent to the District Magistrate, Okara to be entrusted to the competent Court.
