Even if the allegation of the prosecution against Fateh Muhammad son of Faqir Muhammad who has applied for bail after arrest to this Court that he gave Lalkara and hurled brick‑bat, without probing further into the matter, is accepted, even then the petitioner is entitled to bail on this ground as well as on the ground of old age. He is accordingly admitted to bail provided he furnishes bail bond in the sum of Rs.20,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Deputy Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.
