Section 48 (Driven) The termination of the corporation's employee service against the successor department of the corporation, the responsibility of the corporation's scope employees, challenged their dismissal before the Labor Court, thereby turning it into compulsory retirement. During the execution, the corporation was injured and all the assets were transferred to the applicant department. The Labor Court found the applicant department responsible for the completion of the order, because the successor in the interest of the corporation was a legal successor in the interest of the corporation, and a large sum was received through it. Applicant department from the Privatization Commission of Pakistan was obliged to pay the dues of the applicant department employees in order to clear the liability due to the ex-corporation, the successor in the interest of the former corporation / appeal of the principle decision was dismissed.
