This is a revision petition filed by Mst. Sughran Bibi, petitioner, against the judgment of a section 30 Magistrate of Jhang dated 21-2-1969 placing Mst. Kaniz Fatima alias Zamir Fatima, a minor child, in the custody of Haider Shah, pending the determination of the question as to who was the legal guardian by the Guardian Judge.
2. Registered A.D. post cards were issued to the petitioner and the respondents for today's date of hearing, but nobody. has turned up on behalf of both the parties. Syed Aftab Sherazi, Advocate, has appeared for the State.
3. When this petition was admitted, no interim order was passed by this Court. This petition has, in any case, become infructuous by efflux of time. The minor, Mst. Kaniz Fatima alias Zamir Fatima, has now become a feme sole. Taking all circumstances into consideration, this petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
