---S. 439--Revision admitted to regular hearing on 1-10-1971- Proceedings in trial Court stayed--Counsel submitting that in spite of best efforts, petitioner has not turned up nor anything has been heard from him--Petitioner, held, was obviously not interested in prosecution of this petition which was ,dismissed accordingly.

In this revision petition, Din Muhammad has prayed that either the order of Special Judge, dated 20-7-1977 whereby the accused summoned be set aside or in the alternative the ;: :bs :Y-_Iorc the Special Judge be stayed pending the decision of the pre-emption suit.
This revision was admitted to regular hearing, on 1-R0-1971.1 Proceedings in the complaint were stayed. Since then the case has been pending in this Court.
Today when the counsel appeared, he submitted that in spite of the best efforts made by him to contact the petitioner, the peosimc It is, therefore, obvious that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this petition which is hereby dismissed. S. A. Petition dismissed.
