---S. 25-A--Transfer of family suit--Transfer application by wife for transfer of case filed against her by husband--Wife's counsel placing before Court photostat of statement of husband before trial Court in suit which was sought to be transferred as also photostat of order of Family Court, dismissing suit on statement ui husband--Suit to be transferred having been withdrawn, petition for transfer of case was disposed of as having become infructuous.

Office has reported that the notice issued to the respondent through the Senior Civil Judge Rehim Yar Khan has not been received back. The registered A.D. notice sent to the respondent has, however, been received back with the remarks:-
The learned counsel for the petitioner has, however, placed on record photostat of the statement of respondent before the Civil Judge Sadiq Abad in the suit which is sought to be transferred as also the photostat of the order of the learned Judge Family Court, dismissing that suit on the statement of the said respondent.
He submits that the suit to be transferred having been withdrawn no further proceedings are called for as at present.
In view of the above position this petition is disposed of as having become infructuous.
