From the perusal of the report submitted by the learned District Judge and after hearing the learned counsel for the parties, I have no doubt that the allegations levelled by the applicant in the transfer application, are utterly ill-founded. This application is liable to be dismissed and I order accordingly.
2. The comments, offered by the learned District Judge, reveal that the applicant, unscrupulously made an unsuccessful attempt 'to influence the learned District Judge. If the learned District Judge feels some embarrassment, in hearing the appeal, he shall be at liberty to assign it, for disposal to some other Additional District Judge, working under his jurisdiction,
