It is contended that F.I.R. has been lodged after 54 hours and no recovery has been made from the applicant
Mr. A.G. Mangi has no objection to the grant of bail and he has stated that this case was registered on 28-8-1983 but investigation started after one year. There is a delay in lodging the F.I.R. which has not properly been explained as pointed out by the learned A . A. G . that investigation started after one year. The applicant is admitted to bail on furnishing one surety in the sum of Rs. 30,000 and P.R. bond in the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Sessions Judge.
