---S. 491-Habeas corpus-Previous order already alleged detenu earlier recovered by bailiff and set at liberty by High Court, suppress ed-Petition dismissed in circumstances.

After hearing the learned counsel for the parties I find, as stated by Hakam Ali, that the alleged detenues are living with their father for the last 3 years. Furthermore, Mst. Hameedan and Mst. Rashidan, the alleged detenues were recovered by the Bailiff of the High Court from his custody and they were set at liberty by the High Court.
Since the petitioner in this petition has suppressed the previous order of the High court, dated 29th January, 1980 whereby Mst. Hameedan and Mst. Rashidan the alleged detenues were recovered from the petitioner and set at liberty, I am not inclined to assist him. The petition is dismissed.
Petition dismissed.
