HIDAYAT ALI ALIAS DHAROO versus STATE

Criminal Code of Conduct (CCPC) bail prior to section 498 arrest reported the first reported story that the accused stabbed a hatchet over the head of the injured, while he also punched Hecht on other parts of the body. Only three of the injured were noted by the Medical Officer and were not agreed with the trial court's Medical Officer meter notes for review as guaranteed.
