This case had been called out before interval also but no one appeared to prosecute it. No one has appeared even now. It is 11‑45 a.m. I am told by my Reader that the clerk of Mr: Muhammad Hanif Khan Niazi came to enquire about this case for the reason that Mr. Niazi had allegedly been engaged in it. There is, however, no Power of Attorney on the record. He also has not turned up. This petition is, therefore, dismissed for non‑prosecution.
