The petitioners are the driver and the cleaner of a truck which was found loaded with betel‑nuts worth Rs. 2,20,000 by a custom raiding party. The investigations are over and the petitioners at no longer required for the purpose of investigation. They are prima facie carriers. Let they be released on bail on executing bonds in the sum of Rs. 50,000 with two sureties in the like amount to the satisfaction of Special Judge (Customs), Lahore.
