The petitioner's grievance is that respondent No. 8 has refused to register the case of cognizable nature. I have sent for the Law Officer, Ch. Muhammad Arif, Advocate-General has appeared. Copy of the petition has been handed over to him. He shall direct the respondent to perform his duty according t section 154, Cr. P. C. The writ petition is disposed of.
