This is a case in which it remains to be ascertained at the trial as t whether the offence with which the petitioner has been charged falls under the purview of section 307 or 326 or 324, P. P. C. Until such determination the petitioner is entitled to remain at large. He is accordingly admitted too bail in the sum of Rs. 5000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the S. D. M/Duty Magistrate, Faisalabad.
Bail granted.
