This is an application for pre-arrest bail in a case under section 302/307/ 148/149, P. P. C. registered at Police Station Sadar, Sheikhupura vide F. I. R. No. 601 dated 20-12-1981.
2. The learned counsel submits that the Court of the learned Sessions Judge is closed till 2-1-1982 and for that reason the petitioner has moved this application direct in this Court. In the circumstances the petitioner is given protection and it is directed that he shall not be arrested till 6-1-1982 provided he furnishes bail bond in the sum of Rs. 10,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the Deputy Registrar of this Court.
This petition stands disposed of.
Bail granted.
