2. Without prejudice to the merits of the case and only to afford an opportunity to the petitioner to approach the Court of Sessions she is allowed interim bail until 22-10-1979 in the sum of Rs. 5,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of A. C., Faisalabad, and this order will become operative only on the execution of bail bond.
Bail granted.
