Criminal Procedure Code (V of 1898)-

--Ss. 497 & 498-Bail-Mala fides on part of police alleged-Another person supposed to be pulling wire from behind screen-Petitioner granted ad interim bail in respect of all cases against him only to enable him to approach Sessions Court.

ORDER

The learned counsel alleges mala fides on the part of the Police and one Kala Mian who is supposed to be pulling wires from behind the screen.

The petitioners are admitted to ad interim bail each in the sum of Rs. 5,000 with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the O. S. D. I. of this Court or the A. C., Rahimyarkhan. This bail shall A be valid in respect of all the cases against petitioners that may have been registered after the 1st of August, 1973. Further this bail shall be valid only upto 13th September, 1973. It has been granted only to enable the petitioners to approach the Sessions Judge concerned.

Bail granted.
