ORDER

The alleged detenue, namely Mst. Sakina Bibi is present in Court. She is a major girl and wants to proceed with her paternal uncle Mukhtar Ali (respondent No. 1) as her mother Mst. Majidan Bibi has re-married. She is at liberty to proceed wherever she likes. However, Mukhtar Ali respondent is directed to allow Mst. Majidan Bibi petitioner to meet her daughter as and when she likes. The security amount may be refunded to the petitioner.
