An order had been passed by me on 28th April, 1982 that the deficit court‑fee should be paid within ten days. More than ten days have expired and deficit court‑fee has not been paid. Mr. A. Rauf, learned counsel for the plaintiff, is not in a position to state whether the plaintiff will at all pay the deficit court‑fee. In the circumstances, the suit is dismissed with costs. The Civil Miscellaneous Application No. 2061 of 1982 dismissed.
