All the parties bad been accommodated in their respective portions. Petitioners had even been given the permanent Transfer Deeds. The contention of the ,learned counsel for the petitioners that respondent A No. 2 was not in possession of the property or that half of the house had been transferred to the petitioners is untenable. There being no merit in this petition the same is dismissed with no orders as to costs.
