ORDER

Gul Muhammad Kahn, J.----

As a revision is provided for against he Original Order in section 156 of the Local Government Ordinance, this Intra Court Appeal is not maintainable in view of section 3 of the Law reforms Ordinance, 1972.

This appeal is, therefore, not maintainable and as such is dismissed in limine.

M.Y.H. Appeal Dismissed.
